Monthly Maintenance Plan:
Our plans are built to fit your schedule and tailored to each of our clients needs. This plan includes an initial interior & exterior inspection of your home or office for any obvious signs of repairs that may need to be addressed, and prioritized. (See below from the list of common maintenance tasks that are included in our plan.) This plan includes a two-hour service visit every month to focus on projects, tasks, and minor repairs will be addressed.
Bonus: This plan comes with 10% off all additional handyman services or repairs that are booked outside the scope of this monthly maintenance plan from Mom & Pop Services (example: pressure washing) Additionally, when any maintenance plan is bundled with one of our one-time cleaning services (deep cleaning, organization service, etc.) will benefit from a 10% discount.
