Monthly Maintenance Plan:

Whether you're an aging homeowner, a busy family on the go, planning to re-invest in your home, or a local business; our plans are built to fit your schedule and tailored to each of our clients needs. This plan includes an initial interior & exterior inspection of your home or office for any obvious signs of repairs that may need to be addressed, and prioritized. (See below from the list of common maintenance tasks.) This plan includes a two-hour service visit every month to focus on projects, tasks, and minor repairs will be addressed. 

Bonus: This plan comes with 20% off all additional handyman services or repairs that are booked outside the scope of this monthly maintenance plan from Mom & Pop Services; including mowing, and pressure washing. Additionally, when any maintenance plan is bundled with one of our cleaning services, clients will benefit from a discount on those cleaning services. One-time services (deep cleaning, organization service, etc.) will benefit from a 10% discount. Recurring cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) will benefit from a 30% discount each visit.

Quarterly Maintenance Plan:

Quarterly Plan is great for newer, or well maintained homes. The plan includes an initial inspection of the interior & exterior for any obvious signs of repairs that may need to be addressed, and a scheduled two-hour visit, quarterly. (See below from the list of common maintenance tasks.) Additionally, this plan comes with one emergency plumbing clog call per month (Excluding full septic systems)

• Vacuum HVAC coils

• Clean and vacuum refrigerator coils

• Clean sink drains (kitchen & bath)

• Vacuum A/C vents

Every 180 days:

• Test & replace smoke detector batteries

• Clean gutters (single story only)

• Drain water heater
